Terms of Service

FluentFox offers a monthly subscription (FluentFox Pro) billed on a recurring basis. The current price is displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Billing: You are charged immediately upon subscribing. Your subscription then renews automatically each month until cancelled, with your payment method charged on the same date each month.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be processed, your access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to FluentFox until that date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

By using FluentFox, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for your own personal learning — account sharing is not permitted
• Not use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access, download or extract content from the platform
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce FluentFox content, software or systems
• Treat all features of the platform with respect and not attempt to circumvent access controls
• Use the AI conversation partner for legitimate language learning purposes only

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content on FluentFox — including lessons, exercises, course materials, graphics, audio, text and software — is owned by FluentFox or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use FluentFox content for your own learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from any FluentFox content without express written permission.

FluentFox includes an AI-powered conversation partner designed to assist with English language practice. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• The AI conversation partner is powered by large language model technology and is not a human teacher or tutor
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction
• The AI is not a substitute for professional language instruction where that is required
• Conversations with the AI may be reviewed to improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy

FluentFox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluentFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of data, loss of progress, or any other losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of FluentFox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or behaviour that is harmful to other users or to FluentFox.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
